Local Government Impact Fee Revenue Tracker.

Act 13 has the potential to generate $214 million dollars for the Commonwealth this year if every eligible County or Municipality imposes an impact fee on natural gas development activity.

Revenue for local governments will be obliterated if counties that share the majority of production decide against levying an impact fee.

In an attempt to make this process as transparent as possible we've created an application that allows citizens to easily interact with their local officials and express their support or opposition of the enactment of an impact fee.

For more information visit our projects page.
