This application allows County and Municipal officials to keep track of the adoption of local ordinances pursuant to §2302 of HB 1950.
We obtained contact inforamtion for every local official throughout the Commonwealth and we established temporary accounts for them on our system.
Simply select a county from the list that appears to the left of our map and click "Submit". After the page loads you can view your county and local share distributions by clicking on an outlined municipality.
After you register and log into your account, you can easily contact your local officials and voice your support or opposition to the imposition of an impact fee.
Officials listed in Green have activated their accounts, those that are Red have not. As your County and Municipal officials utilize our services your Township or Borough will change from Red to Green on our map. If your Township or Borough is Yellow this means a County official has activated their account and your municipal officials haven't yet. Municipalities in these counties will turn green after a Municipal official has activated their account.
As public meetings are scheduled your officals can easily update you on the status of your County or Municipal impact fee ordinance.
